Insane Genre Challenge Update #2

This is just a short update on my progress for the Insane Genre Challenge. If you would like to join the challenge here is the Goodreads group for it Insane Genre Challenge for 2016 Goodreads Group.

So far I have read only 4 books for the challenge.

Non-Fiction- Bossypants By: Tina Fey
Historical- Code Name Verity By: Elizabeth Wein
Urban Fantasy- Iced By: Karen Marie Monin
Paranormal- Onyx By: Jennifer L. Armentrout

Currently I am reading 3 more books for the genre challenge.

Autobiography- How to...Make Love Like A Porn Star By: Jenna Jameson
Humor- Lamb By: Christopher Moore
Contemporary- One True Loves By: Taylor Jenkins Reid

I should be done with these 3 by the end of February and also I plan to read at least one more for sure for the challenge in February.

Young Adult- Looking for Alaska By: John Green

So that's it for my challenge update. Hopefully by the end of Febuary I will have at least 8 books read for the Insane Genre Challenge.

For those participating how is it going for you? Make any progress? Any genres been extremely difficult to complete?

Don't forget if you want to join the challenge at any time then go for it! This is a very laid back challenge that you can do any way you want. It's only Feburary so there is still plenty of time left. Plus you could always just pick a few genres that are outside your comfort zone and go for it!

  1. You're doing great! I wish I was a badass reader like you and read some of these, but I'm so in my confort zone. Sighs.
I hope you love the ones you're about to read!

    1. Thanks! I love my comfort zones too. But I have fun reading out of them sometimes. :)

  2. That's awesome, I like challenges in theory but usually end up changing what I like, so don't want to ever feel boxed in by topics. Tori @InToriLex

    1. I like challenges too, but this is really the first one I've done (other than the goodreads one.)

  4. Four books is pretty darn good, especially since you've started three more! I hope you enjoy all of the upcoming ones, Erin. :)
