Short Review Summary:
Disappointed.
Well I See You started off intriguing and I love the idea behind it, but the execution just wasn't for me. The very beginning caught my interest, but that quickly faded. To be honest so much of the book was boring. It wasn't fast paced or tense like I was expecting and wanting. Also, it wasn't mysterious since I guessed most of the ending VERY early on.

I've read so many mystery/thrillers lately (I'm reading another at the moment actually lol) and I realize I may be getting picky. However, there's no denying that this one just wasn't unique, tense, or mysterious enough for me. I'm pretty disappointed because I've been wanting to read this one and I Let You Go by this author so bad. I think I'll pass on the other one now though since I am so underwhelmed by this one.

Overall I don't think I See You is a BAD book, but it's not any different from the majority of mystery/thrillers out there. It follows the basic outline of a mystery/thriller and while I don't mind that, I just wanted some thrills and surprises thrown in there.

I can't personally recommend this one, but if the summary sounds intriguing to you then go ahead and give it a try! It's not for me, but I'm sure there are others who would like it.
