Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly feature/meme hosted here at Breaking the Spine. The idea behind it is to share upcoming releases that we can't wait to get our hands on!
My pick for this week is Peace Talks By: Jim Butcher. This is the 16th book in The Dresden Files series. Even though there isn't a summary yet, I know I will have to read it! I adore this series and it's one of my all time faves. I don't need a summary or a cover to know that I will have to get this one ASAP! I'm so excited for Peace Talks that I can't even wait for the summary or cover to put up this post. If you like Urban Fantasy series and you haven't tried this one yet, then you are missing out.
Expected Publication Date: May 10, 2016
Summary From Goodreads:
No summary yet.
Are you waiting on Peace Talks as well? What upcoming release(s) are you looking forward to?
I haven't gotten into the Dresden Files Series Yet. But I'm definitely looking forward to the final book in series of the Fifth Wave Series, which won't be released until May.

It's a great series! Oh I hope you love the final book. I tried to read the first one, but it wasn't for me. :)
DeleteI haven't read The Dresden Files series yet but I've heard good things about it. :)
ReplyDeleteMy WOW!
IT's a fabulous series! If you ever get around to it then I hope you love it!
DeleteI haven't heard of this but I hope you love it when you get a copy!
ReplyDeleteThanks! It's a really great UF series. :D
DeleteI have read the first 4 books but then stopped. I loved Harry and hope to continue one day. It's just the same old story - too many books, not enough time.
ReplyDeleteI know just how that goes! This is such a great series and it only gets better. Keep reading the series. Trust me. ;)
DeleteI haven't read this series, but I've heard about this author a lot, even from famous authors!
ReplyDeleteI might read it someday. And I agree, when you love a series you don't need a cover or blurb to know you'll love it!
I definitely recommend giving it a shot! Oh what famous authors have you seen mentioning it? I'm curious!
DeleteHmm, not familiar with these books and to think it's already on book 16. This would take some serious time dedication. Not sure I'm there for it.
ReplyDeleteThere is a lot, but if you ever decide to try it it's really worth it! :)
DeleteThis series is new to me but must be pretty amazing to have that many books in it! Great pick!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my WoW!
It is pretty amazing!
DeleteHmm I've never read this series. I'll check it out on Goodreads, thanks for posting! :)

Definitely check it out, it's fabulous!
DeleteI got a Jim Butcher book last year! Gave it to my sister's boyfriend, and he loved it. I hope you enjoy this book when you read it!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog! Have a lovely day. :)
Alyssa @ The Eater of Books!
That's awesome! I'm glad he liked it. :D
DeleteOMGGG. Almost died when I saw this title pop up in my blog feed.
ReplyDeleteI love love love the Dresden Files. I just finished a reread of the series the other day so that I'd be refreshed for Skin Game (ended up skipping right to SG after White Night, though. As much as I love the series, I was stuck on it for far too long and ready to move on). I absolutely can't wait until Peace Talks. :)
You totally get points for being the first book reviewer on my list to mention this.
Hooray! I got points!! Haha. I know there doesn't seem to be as many people that like this series like I thought. Lol. It's one of my all time favorite series and I can't wait for this one. I hope we both love it when we get to read it. :)
DeleteIs this still a TV show? I remember seeing it. And whoa, 16 books?
ReplyDeleteThere was 1 season. I watched it and enjoyed it, but it seems no one else did because it got cancelled lol! It's a fabulous series! :)
