Top Ten Tuesday- Top Ten Books That Have Been On My TBR FOREVER And I STILL Haven't Read!!

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature/meme hosted here at That Artsy Reader Girl. The topic for this week is Top Ten Books That Have Been On My TBR Forever And I Still Haven't Read.

Well I have so many books for this list. However, I did manage to narrow it down to only ten. I picked books that I've owned for the longest time that I've been DYING to read and I still haven't.

That's it for my Top Ten Books That Have Been On My TBR FOREVER And I Still Haven't Read. Honestly, the Stephen King ones are the books I'm the most sad/surprised that I haven't gotten to yet. Really all of the Stephen King books I haven't read yet should be on this list!

Have you read any of these books? What books have been on your TBR forever that you still haven't read?

Top Ten Tuesday- Books I Can't Believe I Read

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme/feature that is now hosted here at That Artsy Reader Girl. The topic for this week is Books I Can't Believe I Read.

I'm going to keep it really simple this week and only feature one book. I have always been willing to read anything for the most part, but this one I am really shocked that I made it through the book. Not only that, but I loved it and it's one of my favorite books.

1. Atlas Shrugged - This book is so long and I thought it would take FOREVER to read it all. It ended up taking me two weeks to read it (there were a lot of reading hours in those two weeks) and Atlas Shrugged will forever be the one book that I can't believe I read!

Have you read Atlas Shrugged? If so, what did you think of it?

What is a book(s) you can't believe you read?

2. Throne of Fire

3. The Hammer of Thor

4. Harry Potter and The Cursed Child

5. Strange the Dreamer

6. The Crown's Fate

7. Inside the Victorian Home

8. The Guest Room

9. The Shadow of the Wind

10. The Dark Lake

Here's a picture with some of the books on my list and a few of the other books (including re-reads) that I want to get to ASAP. Also, I may have bought a few books that are now on the top of my TBR list too.

Anyway, I'll do a book haul post later in the week or next week and I think at that time I'll make a complete TBR list that I will do my best not to deviate from. I need help and an intervention obviously! LOL!

That's it for my Top Ten Books I Meant To Get To In 2017! What is on the top of your list that you didn't get to in 2017? Also, do you have plans to get to them ASAP or just whenever you get around to it? Oh, and does anyone have any good tips to help stick to a TBR?

Top Ten Tuesday- Top FIVE New To Me Authors I Read In 2017

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature/meme hosted here at The Broke and the Bookish. The topic this week is Top Ten New To Me Authors I Read In 2017! I didn't read very many new authors this year that I just LOVED so I made this a top five list instead.

1. Ruth Ware - I read The Woman In Cabin 10 early on in the year and I just LOVED it. I bought her other two books The Lying Game and In a Dark, Dark Wood later in the year and I read those back to back. I enjoyed both of them as well, but The Woman In Cabin 10 is definitely my favorite of the three. I can't wait for her to come out with more books. She is going to be an auto-buy author for me.

2. Sarah Pinborough - So... my bestie had been telling me for a long time that I just HAD to read Behind Her Eyes. I put it off for a while because I wasn't that intrigued to be honest. Well I wish I had read it sooner!! I think this was my favorite read of the year. I also read 13 Minutes by her and I enjoyed it as well, but the twist in Behind Her Eyes just completely blew my mind.

3. Grady Hendrix- I was absolutely enamored with My Best Friend's Exorcism. I need to try to buy and read Horrorstor by him this year! I can't wait to see what I think of that one. I hope I will like it just as much.

4. Ania Ahlborn - The Devil Crept In was SO GOOD!! I know she has a few more books and I would love to give at least one other of hers a try this year as well.

5. B.A. Paris - I was hesitant to add B.A. Paris on here to be honest. Behind Closed Doors was one of my favorite reads in 2017. However, I also read The Breakdown and it was more like The Letdown. I gave that one only two stars, but I know the next book she comes out with I would for sure give it a shot at least.

That's it for my Top FIVE New To Me Authors I Read In 2017! I am very happy that I tried these authors this year and I look forward to reading more of their books in the future.

Have you read any of these authors? If so, what did you think? Who were your top new to you authors that you read this year?
